Or Rock ’Em Sock ’Em Robots? I didn't, I was already "too mature" for such childish things, but I knew of them. They were invented by Burt Meyer, who has now gone to that great playroom in the sky. He was 99.

We had Rock 'Em Sock 'Em Robots when I was a kid... We'd start playing with them and mom would come in, tell us to put them away and go outside to play.

@BarBaraPrz No. Only two of my brothers were violent and they fought each other. The rest of us rode bikes, rode horses, rode the cows, explored the woods or wandered all over the farm and surrounding countryside. As long as we were home in time for supper, mom didn't care what we did or where we went outside.

I think it was, if he called himself the Toy King.
