I am taking it with me...to have maybe Thanksgiving in the evening. I saw the recipe in a grocery store holiday book, and thought I know I would love that and I do. Do you like gingerbread, or ginger things? It is a taste that I don't think appeals to everybody. Anyway, it is scrumptious with my pumpkin, cranberry crisps. I am also bringing a veggie tray, wanted to do a broccoli rice casserole, but kind of ran out of mojo. Besides sis makes a green bean casserole. Friend is bringing one of those giant pumpkin pies from Costco. The kids don't eat pie but the rest of us love it.

I love ginger. Your dip sounds so good! I know what you mean about running out of mojo...it's already been a full day and it's not 2PM here yet.

What? It's 5:07 here. Aren't you central time? Thanks, and the dip is really yummy...and pretty easy to make as well.

I think we are an hour apart? I can't go back and check the clock on this, but hey...I very well could be wrong, some days are so hectic here I can even forget what day it even is!

I'm a big cinnamon fan. Ginger is OK but not a favorite.

It sounds delicious, all of it.
I like ginger things, and I even carry ginger chews for nausea. Ginger ale is tasty, gingersnaps aren’t bad, but gingerbread dip must be phenomenal. I just don’t have the occasion to eat many ginger things. I try to be judicious in what I spend my food budget on. But I may have to get that recipe from you sometime.

Be glad to share, it's not that expensive to make..does require molasses. FYI, I saw a gingerbread cookie mix at Dollar Tree.

I like it in cookies, but I'm not sure it'd taste good as a dip. At least for me.

If you like it in cookies, you would likely like the dip. It is mild and tasty.

@LadyDuck That sounds good. Do you put chipped dill weed in it or is there a spice? Easy to make?
