Costa Mesa residents Nicole Fox and her roommate Felicia woke up to see their street flooded from heavy rain when they saw an auto float by with a driver who was inside of the auto asking for help.
While Nicole called 911, Felicia ran outside of her home to rescue the male driver who was a Vietnam War veteran on Friday November 21 by guiding him to the curb and then getting the driver over the curb.
Felicia and Nicole then drove the driver that they rescued after the auto would wind up down the road by taking him home safely.

That is true that the roommates assisted someone in need of help during a flood.

It was good that the car was still drivable, and they could take him home safely.
