Today is my double anniversary. On 27th November 1983 I met the woman who was to become my wife 10 months later. Then on 27th November 2004, a brisk, bright and blustery autumn morning, I took my usual cold shower then went off to the hospital to present myself to the surgeon who then vasectomised me. He did a fairly good job it seems, and everything seems to be holding. No babies in the last 21 years. Happy anniversaries to me.
