Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 32 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is just 44. Ugh. I woke up at 5am. Yes it is a day off but my body clock is on the work schedule. I don't even try to fight it these days. Yeah I'm up now but I'll be back to bed eventually. No big plans for the day. I certainly will not be out at stores shopping like so many other crazy people. I will check a few sites for sales as I do need some smaller clothes but that is about the extent of my shopping for today. What's everyone else up to today?

I will be making a cake later for BIL's birthday. It's meant more as a gift. It certainly isn't a birthday-type cake.

I woke up early, checked on the son and made sure he had meds, fed him and went back to bed for awhile. I was just wiped out from a way too hectic week and my get-up-and-go wasn’t anywhere to be found!!

I’ll be going over to my dad and Diana’s for a belated lunch. And the Eagles and Bears play a Black Friday game too.

It's minus one degree at 8:46am, so I think I'll be putting on some more clothes... We got a light dusting of snw overnight, not enough to worry about here.
