Scored a Dozen Doughnuts for $12

United States

Krispy Kreme was running a sale today, actually through the rest of this weekend, where you could buy a dozen assorted doughnuts for $12.00. Normally, any dozen other than plain glazed is $20-something a dozen. So hubby and I picked up a dozen there today. We only get doughnuts about twice a year, so this was our weekend to splurge. Do you like doughnuts? What kind of doughnuts do you like?

Donuts are great, butI never eat them. One bite into that much sugar, and I feel sick. I think it must be my age because that didn’t happen when I was younger. I used to love it when my dad would get an assorted blend for Sunday mornings in the room with the coffee. He used to just get glazed for people, but the assorted was my favorite.

I love doughnuts but have not had any in a while,l Occasionally I buy Berliners at Walmart like doughnuts with jelly or bavarian cream filling,

Donuts are always good but I've never tried Krispy Kreme even though there is one in our city. (I already weigh too much so don't want to tempt myself for no good reason.) I LOVE jelly-filled donuts and do look at them when we go shopping at Walmart bakery. But I don't buy them.

I like Krispy Kreme more than the other brand although they’re bit more pricey. And doughnuts make me happy

I'm not fussed about them. Twice a year would suit me.

I LOVE donuts. My favorites are cake donuts with a maple glaze and long johns with a maple glaze (creme filled).

I like them, sure. Maybe once or possibly twice a year I will eat one donut--my two favorites are the blueberry cake and apple cider ones.
