Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 46 degrees F and sunny here at the Jersey Shore. The low for tonight is 27. 
Parts of NJ are expected to get snow tonight/tomorrow but it is just going to be rain here. The guy I share a classroom with has a degree in meteorology so everyone goes to him to find out if we are getting snow. I'm glad it will be rain.
Work was quiet today which was a good thing because I was in a pretty foul mood. I didn't sleep well last night despite going to bed at the usual time. I HAVE to get back to using my CPAP every night. My ex would always remind me to put it on but, well, he's not here and I've just gotten out of the habit. Another reason that I was salty was that it was FREEZING. They like turned the heat off over the 4 day break and the building was like a refrigerator. It was awful.
No big plans for the afternoon. I need to do dishes but that's about it. I have leftovers so I don't need to think about cooking dinner. Fine with me.
What's everyone else up to this afternoon?

I had a very busy morning: took aluminum cans that my neighbor saves to the no-kill animal shelter, got some groceries for the impending sn*w doom, 
took things to Goodwill, went to the bank, THEN went to lunch. I usually eat lunch first. My niece came over from Lexington and I gave her her Christmas present. Then I went next door and gave my neighbors their present and the pull-tabs I save for them (since they’re so nice to save the cans for me).
I’m exhausted, it’s time for a nap!!!!

They turned the heat OFF? That's ridiculous. It's supposed to be in the teens here Thursday night. Brrrrr. I hope you use your CPAP and have a good night's sleep tonight. I have a choice today of working on bank statements, 2026 calendar or 2025 taxes. Oh boy!

Umm…NO HEAT??? Not acceptable in any way!! You pay rent and your utilities, heat is necessary. This is just so wrong.
When you get home put the CPAP out and make sure it’s ready for bed time!!
