Listening to Trump speaking at his Cabinet meeting--lowering prices by 800%!

When I'm not actively watching a TV show or football I have the news on the TV in the background. So the news is on and they are now showing Trump's demented Cabinet speech. Along with his typical lies and Biden bashing he has repeated a new insane claim--that he is bringing down the price of pharmaceuticals by 200, 300, 400, 500, 600, 700, and 800%. Um WHAT?!?!?! If you bring down the price of something by 100% it is then free. . . so 800%? Like the companies are now going to be paying us hundreds and thousands of dollars to take their medications? Are the MAGA cult members *that* uneducated to realize that isn't even mathematically possible? This guy graduated from UPenn's Wharton School of Business. And by "graduated" I mean paid someone to take the SATs for him to get admitted, cheated his way through college, and then was called the "dumbest effing student I've ever had" by one of his professors. He even sued when one of his college report cards of all Ds and Fs was released. No wonder this dementia-ridden psycho went bankrupt running casinos. He doesn't even understand basic math. It isn't like this is advanced calculus.
