Kristi Noem congratulated Trump on keeping the hurricanes away this year

I know I keep writing about today's insane Cabinet meeting but it was seriously insane and there's just so much to talk about. It went on and on for hours and was viewed and broadcast by the press. We've seen the lying and ass-kissing many times before but today was off the charts nuts. Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem (you know the former governor who bragged about shooting her puppy and a goat) was taking her turn kissing the ring and praised Trump for keeping hurricanes away from the US this season. For real. This is part of what she said: "You made it through the hurricane season without a hurricane—you kept the hurricanes away. We appreciate that." WHAT? Trump kept hurricanes away? Who on Darwin's green earth thinks a person can control the weather let alone a hurricane? Yes it is great that the US wasn't impacted by one this year because we all know that he thinks you can just drop a nuclear bomb into the eye to "stop" the storm. But to say that is just beyond embarrassing for Noem. Honestly she didn't even need to say that because he slept through most of the meeting and he probably didn't even hear her. She beclowned herself in an attempt to become Trump's VP (again--bragging about shooting her dog to try to look tough) and she has beclowned herself consistently since being named Secretary of Homeland Security by being Cosplay DHS/ICE Barbie. She has no future in politics after this administration so I hope she enjoys the next 3 years.
