Took It Easy

I had planned to go grocery shopping today, but my husband is not in the mood to drive me to the store.

And we still have 106 days to go.

And it’s not even technically winter yet! It “officially” doesn’t show up until the 21st. I like that meme on Facebook: “after the one-week trial, I would like to cancel my subscription to winter immediately.”

So it was just a regular day for you, huh? I don't want the cold weather either but we may have more snow tonight. We're supposed to drop to 22F tonight with freezing drizzle and then snow flurries. My car hasn't even all melted off yet! *sigh* Hope you have a good night.

I love salads, sounds good to me. Unfortunately, we just can't change the weather. At least you always seem to have things you enjoy doing inside, your crochet, games, etc. I don't like being cold, but the excess heat is even worse. I can always put on more layers, but there is of course a limit to how much I can take off!

There's never a day goes by without doing something just to make the day go by faster, we had to go pay bills it was cold & winy but we got it done till we go Mon. to take the cat to the vet & drop her off to get fixed, we'll go get groceries & come home & go pick up the cat Tues. & that will be it till the 15th & the following week when I have to go to the hosp for lab test fun fun.

I do love a good taco salad!
