The snow pics were really better out the front window, but this one was easier to take. This is one of the side yards from the office window. Glad I am home, just heard about a 10 car crash on I 95 near the city.

This is a pretty sight and I am glad you are safely at home. With the snow there are all the time accidents.

@LadyDuck If the roads aren't treated they are skippery, and if course there are the knuckleheads going too fast for conditions

@snowy22315 Surely someone lost control of his/her car, the others always drive too close and could not avoid to crash into that car.

Thanks, This wasn't a heavy one, but still enough to scare the drivers down here..not one freaking plow or sand truck has gone by though .hopefully tonight I love the peace and quiet that comes with a blanket of snow.

We had only a truck and car crash here but it bought down a pole which took out traffic lights and also took out the lines servicing the electric trains so it was mayhem for a while. They were ferryiing everyone with buses. Dozens of people trying to get to an AC/DC concert just to add to the mayhem.

You have to take your time and watch how you apply your brakes..have good tires etc.

That's a decent amount of snow that you got. I'm always lery of driving when it's snowing and/or slippery these days. Too many people wind up having accidents. It's not as cold here as yesterday which is good.
