6 December - What I'm Thankful for Today

Good evening from Green Bay, Wisconsin, USA where the temperature is 20F. Yes, it's cold out there.
It's been a good day. I'm thankful I got the notifications finished this morning and then I kept my promise to myself. I had a nice relaxing day listening to Christmas music and working on Firestorm. I listened to it today in the read aloud option in Word. It not only reads well, it sounds good too. I'm very happy with it. I have about 120 pages to the end of this edit and revision. Then I'll set it aside for a short while so I can get Faith to Believe published.

That is cold, indeed.... but that is good to hear you had a good day. Sounds productive, and then relaxing after is always nice.

Right now, 20 sounds warm. I woke to 0 this morning. The good thing is there isn't a wind.

@just4him No wind can help a lot, the wind can be brutal in winter. Though 20 doesn't sound much better than zero!

I got tickets for my niece and me to go to the Holocaust exhibit at the Cincinnati Museum next week, before the cold weather sets in. Her birthday was last week, so this is my present to her.

I hope you got more writing done.
Yes, I've had a wonderful start to the week. A Packers win and the promise of snow. It can't get better than that. Well, it could, but I don't need too much good stuff at one time. I couldn't handle it.

I'm thankful that I'm still able to stay in my home. It holds a lot of memories of my husband; and I'm not ready to give that up yet.
