I don't know why but I always get a kick out of seeing the fire department going through neighborhoods with Santa. I did at the house and I still do now here in the apartment complex. I always watch as the trucks go by. At the house there would be a parade of like 15 trucks--police, firetrucks, ambulances, etc. Here tonight it was just 3 trucks. That being said it is a very large township so the have to divide their resources. Even the fact that they did it here so early shows how much they have to break it up.
I was out on the landing to wave to them along with the neighbor with her 2 young children and one of the crazy ladies that also lives up here. It is a nice thing for them to do.

"One of the crazy ladies"? How many are there and are you counting yourself in that total?

I would love to see that. It is great that they do this especially for the children,

Our area is big on Christmas parades, and they usually include the police cars, firetrucks, etc if they are not all on a call somewhere. I have often enjoyed the one that's the closest here but not this year, it just wasn't feasible. I am glad you enjoyed it!
