Police officer honored for saving the life a choking victim

The City Council of the Springboro honored Springboro Police Officer Randy Peagler with the Life Saving Award on Thursday.
Officer Peagler used the Heimlich Maneuver on a man who was choking at a community event in September that saved the life of the choking victim.
In my opinion, Officer Peagler deserved his award since he was doing his duty to protect and serve his community.
