10 December - What I'm Thankful for Today

Good evening from cold and getting colder as I hear we're going to drop into the sub zero temps soon. Friday and Saturday we will see negative temperatures and I can imagine the wind chills will be dangerous. I might love winter, but I'm not a fan of sub zero windchills.
Still, I have something to be thankful for today, as always.
I'm thankful I got a good night's sleep. My Fitbit shows me to have 6.45 hours of sleep and Google Fit shows I was in bed for 7.5 hours. So, I did well, and feel it too.
I'm thankful I got the laundry done this morning when I got up. I had it finished, folded, and put away before 7 this morning.
I'm thankful I got all the notifications caught up this morning. I have more again. I'll get them done tomorrow.
I'm thankful for the work I did on Firestorm today. I fully expected to have the edit and revision done today, however, I will tomorrow. I ran into trouble with one of the chapters. I'm still fixing it. Sometimes I wonder where my brain is when I'm writing. I think it went on vacation during this chapter. I have it mostly fixed and AI is helpful and told me I'm on the right track for fixing it.
I'm thankful for the Bible study this afternoon. We did a Christmas themed Bible study that really blessed me a lot.
I'm thankful for prayer tonight. It's always a blessing to connect with God in prayer.
Okay, that's my day. I'll be going to bed soon. I remembered a little late that I needed to charge my phone and Fitbit, so as soon as those are finished charging, I'm heading to bed.
What are you thankful for today? Let me know in the comments below. Thanks for reading. The image belongs to me, if it loads.

I'm always thankful when I get a decent nights sleep. I'm also thankful the sun is shining and hopefully it will melt the wintry mix we got overnight.
A big thanks to you for your books which gives me something good to read

@just4him our wintry mix did melt so that the "new" snow could arrive over the weekend. I'm already tired of winter and it's not even officially here yet.

It arrives on Saturday, officially. A lot of people are already tired of it. Me - never happen.

I am thankful that I am getting quality sleep in the evenings and that my dizzy spells are fading out.

Wow nearly 7 hours of sleep is good for health! I hope you can stay indoors during colder temperatures.

That's the exception. I normally get between five and six hours of sleep.
I'll be staying in except when I go to church on Sunday.
