Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 35 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. It isn't supposed to get any warmer today. I have work today of course. It will be a busy day of quizzes and lecture. Hopefully it will go by quickly. My mind is already on the afternoon. I have groceries being delivered. I am making lemon pound cake and coconut muffins for tomorrow's bake sale. I also need to start working on the cookie cups for Saturday's cookie swap. What's everyone else up to today?

Good morning. It's 35F and cloudy in my part of Missouri this morning. Our high is supposed to reach 56F by late afternoon I was supposed to go to the doctor's office to have a blood test but I can't see well enough to drive. *shrug* As far as I know, nothing else is going on today. I do hope you have a good day at work and the cooking/baking goes well for you this afternoon/evening.
