You may hear this word uttered often. Tension is often used as synonym of worry. Everyone has tensions of his own.
I have tensions of my own. For the upcoming Christmas I have to prepare a choir ( singing group and musicians). Ours is a bilingual community - Bengali and Hindi. But my choir will have to sing Christmas hymns in three languages - the above two languages and English. My choir is expected to sing carols in English.
Time us short but I am not supposed to make excuses. I am duty bound to prepare a choir and I must also be ready to bear scathing criticism for any flaws! Isn't that tension enough? I have more but that is enough for this discussion !
