After a few days of misery I have emerged from the Christmas-induced torpor into a bright new world full of great wonderment. For dinner I cooked cannelloni, and hot damn missus it was good. I stuffed the pasta tubes with ricotta, spinach and nutmeg and cooked them in a tomato sauce to end all tomato sauces. It was a triumph, and the light Armenian wine that I paired it with agreed. I got quite emotional as we ate, and the empty dishes gave me a standing ovation.

@ambiepam God really had a stroke of genius the day he came up with tomatoes. He really did think of everything.
