Good afternoon myLot

Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 53 degrees F and cloudy here at the Jersey Shore. It was pouring for most of the day but it has finally stopped.
Work was easy enough today. The students did a Kahoot review for Monday's test. I got some grading done. I was outta there as soon as the bell rang. 
I also skipped the pep rally this morning. I honestly wasn't planning to do that. The 2nd period is my prep so I didn't have to go to the 1st half. As I came out of the faculty room I saw my work BFF. She and I got to talking and 3rd period was over before we knew it. We don't see each other much so we always have a lot to catch up on.
I have 2 hours of tutoring this afternoon. The teacher never did get back to me so I just guessed that the student hadn't done fingerprinting yet. I guessed correctly. 
So we are watching some video lessons on that and part of a PBS documentary. We have 2 hours together so there is more than enough time to be watching some videos.
After this I am going to get going on dinner. I'm trying a new recipe from Mexican Everyday. I had planned it for several days ago but am not getting around to it until tonight. Oh well. I really should halve the recipe because I don't have any room in my freezer for more leftovers. 
Aside from that no big plans for tonight. I want to finally try the aged egg nog that I made back in October. I can't believe I've held out this long! 
I also should watch Christmas Vacation as I haven't even seen that yet this year either. I'm off my game.
What's everyone else up to this afternoon?

Good afternoon. It is cloudy and windy in my part of the US and 46F. I've been outside to collect the mail but that's all I've done.
I have about two hours left in the book I'm currently reading but will take a nap in a little while.

I'm giving cousin #2 4 choices of movies to watch on Christmas. Christmas Vacation is one of them. Best in Show, This is Spinal Tap and one other I can't remember. She hasn't seen any of them.
