Whoa. It's been a couple of weeks since I began spraying magnesium on me before I climb into bed. I felt effects right away-druggie like I had taken Benadryl. Slept deeper and woke exhausted per usual. Finally this morning I woke tired but not exhausted. I can tell that I got some real rest. How long since I could say that? Years? Gray morning cause it is December after all. But not raining and not super cold. I shocked the pups. I put my slipper shoes on, my hat, grabbed my dragon cane and their leashes and off we went. I told both the pups that we might make it down to the corner. There is a huge and gorgeous cedar tree at the corner. I mean a cedar tree that belongs in a forest. Huge and lovely. The dogs had a good time sniffing its trunk. We did it. We made it clear around the block. Moxe mostly had manners. She could really cause me harm if she put her 45 pounds to naughty behavior. She mostly listened to me. Rufus just stepped in behind us the way he always does. He is a gentleman when on a leash. And now it is raining out.
