I was so confused this morning

When I woke up this morning it was very lightly snowing. By the time I left for work it had shifted to light rain. I checked the weather app and it was forecasting just rain for this part of the state. So imagine my surprise when I received a text message from the management company here about moving our cars for when the plowing company comes through. I was like WUT? There was absolutely no snow accumulation outside and it was just lightly raining. What could they possibly plow? (oh I have such a dirty mind ) I went and asked the OCD guy I share a room with if we were expecting snow as he has a degree in meteorology. He looked at me like I was insane and said "no just rain". I showed him the text from management about plowing. He said he had no idea. I thought more about it while I was on bathroom duty and suddenly I had an idea--I know the people here also run another apartment complex in the area. I figured that they probably had ones up north and that *is* the area of the state that is supposed to get snow. They just blasted out the message to all of their tenants.
