How's your family tree?

Mine just dropped another leaf... my cousin Benny just died, complications from pneumonia. I'm not sure how old he was, in his 50s anyway. He had 3 or 4 kids. You can tell we weren't close, but he was very likeable.

I'm sorry. One of my nephews just passed away last week. I barely knew him. I hadn't seen him since I was around 10 years old. Most of my family are gone now.

Thank you. No one from my previous generation is around anymore, and several of the current generation have gone, not to mention a couple from the next generation, even a next-next generation...

@BarBaraPrz You're welcome. I have lots of great nieces and nephews still around but I don't know any of them. Lots of cousins I've never met, too. There are two older brothers and one older sister left out of 16 kids.

I am very sorry, your cousin was still young. We had many leaves dropping 5 years ago, now everything seems find, until it lasts.

I'm sorry about your cousin. There are very few that I'm in touch with but one has her birthday on Christmas Day. I'll be getting in touch with her to wish her happy birthday AND Merry Christmas.
