Nuisance of a dog.

My daughter arrived today on the ferry from Scotland. She and the boyfriend brought their dog which had to stay in the car for the two hour trip, and it’s a terribly nervous dog so she gave it a strong sedative and apparently it smiled all the way! I’ve always wondered about this dog. It’s given to having phantom pregnancies and what my daughter describes as “delusions of grandeur”! I think if it was mine I’d have it put down and get myself a new one. Just saying.

I definitely would put it with friends when I went on a trip.

Shame on you, sure, but you also gave me a laugh.

I could never put a pet down, but I would have found a friend who absolutely wanted a dog.

I'd be doing that too but we might cop a bit of flak for our views. My friend's grand-daughter's partner's dog has been seeing a dog psychologist. It's costing more than the new sofa that it's wrecked. Not to mention all the new lawn it's dug up!

I would never put a dog down for that reason. I would surrender it to the Humane Society at the very least. Merry Christmas!

Why put the dog down? That would be wrong.
