Quiet Christmas

I seen videos of Adeline and her brother opening presents at her mom's house. They were having a great time. Both kids looked very happy. They will be here next month for our Christmas. As expected my son didn't show up. I won't switch the presents back around until after the fifth of January. That's when he has to return Adeline to her mom. If he doesn't show up I will pick up a sketch pad to go with the rest of her brothers presents. That will even the presents to each kid back out. It did make it to 41 today. But there was a chilly wind. So it was a good day for chicken and dumplings. Yummmmmm. Then fudge for dessert. Hope you had a wonderful holiday.
