The Twilight Zone was created by Rod Serling. There were 156 episodes from 1959-1964. The series had a reboot in 1985, 2002 and 2019; and a movie was released in 1983.
I have many, many favorites; but following are Time Enough to Last, The After Hours and Nightmare at 20,000 Feet. The endings to the episodes are not revealed.
Time Enough to Last
was adapted from a short story by Lynn Venable and aired in 1959. It was one of the most popular episodes.
Henry Bemis (Burgess Meredith) loves to read but is surrounded by people who prevent him from doing so. Bemis works in a bank and was in the vault having his lunch and reading when there was a nuclear explosion which devastated the city. Bemis survives...alone.
The After Hours
was written by Rod Serling and aired in 1960. I remember this episode very well. I was 12 years old; and this one really creeped me out!!!
Marsha White (Anne Francis) is looking for a gift for her mother in a department store. She has decided on a thimble. She gets into an empty elevator, the elevator operator calls her by name and takes her to the 9th Floor. A saleswoman calls Marsha by name and leads her to a showcase...the only thing on the dark floor...and shows her a gold thimble...the only item in the case. By the way, there is NO 9th Floor in the store.
Nightmare at 20,000 Feet
was based on a story by Richard Matheson. This is an iconic and extremely memorable episode which was also included in the movie.
Robert Wilson (William Shatner) has just been discharged from a sanitarium where he was recovering from a nervous breakdown that he had on a plane. One stormy night Wilson is traveling by air and sees a gremlin on the wing of the plane, attempting to cause damage. Every time Wilson tries to show the gremlin to his wife or the stewardess, the gremlin hides.
You can access The Twilight Zone on Amazon Prime, Paramount+, Freevee, SYFY app or the USA Network.

My sister's favorite episode had Talking Tina in, about the murderous doll and Telly Savalas being the unfortunate victim.

@LindaOHio It's a well known one. I am sure you could find it on You tube. My fave wave "Room for one more honey" where a woman foresaw the crash of a plane she was about to get on

I remember that episode with Burgess Meredith. That episode always kills me anytime I have seen it.

They have reruns on TV on the SciFi channel as well. I should watch them.

I remember watching some of The Twilight Zone shows growing up. Mom watched with us and shut some of them off if they looked too scary for us.
I do remember one where a beautiful woman was getting plastic surgery to fix a disfigurement and a doctor with a pig snout reassured her that the surgery would go well.

The After Hours was scary for me and one in which a man sits on a carousel and gets younger. Something goes wrong and he's an old man.

Time Enough to Last was and is my most favorite episode of Twilight Zone. I first saw it as a teenager, and at the time I was a complete book nerd, practically reading a novel a day. So I empathized greatly with Henry about always wanting to read, and felt so bad for him when the big twist took place in the story (I won't give away the ending to keep with your wishes). But it always stuck with me in my mind over all these decades.

Love, love, LOVED that show. Even the movies that were made. They should bring it back somehow, I think. Great stories and always just weird enough to strike a chord with me. I also liked The Outer Limits, and among some of the "newer" shows that came from the same kind of concept, Tales from the Darkside was also always a favorite of mine.
