Does your hair ever feel cold?

I’ve never thought about it, so I just touched my hair, and it feel closer to warm than cold.

I get a cold nose and I often pull the blankets over my head when the weather is cold.

My hair is never cold, I touched now, it's warm.

No cold hair...just cold cheeks and nose.

It makes sense. Especially if the rest of your body is warm but your head is exposed. I believe hair can really hold onto the sensation of cold air, even when you’re otherwise comfortable. I’ve noticed that contrast too—warm blankets and a cool draft can make your hair feel icy. It’s interesting how the body can feel both warm and cold at the same time. Ironic in a way. Once the colder air fully moves in, you’ll probably notice it even more. A light cap or pulling the covers up a bit higher sometimes helps with that. It’s one of those small sensations that suddenly becomes impossible to ignore. Right now, it sounds like you’re in that in-between phase before the real cold arrives. My mom always complained about her hair and head being cold so she crocheted herself a hat and she wore it all the time. Thankfully my head or hair doesn't get that cold. Usually it's my feet
