A Ten Year Celebration

Well today, January first, is the ten year wedding anniversary of my dad and Diana. I forget sometimes, but luckily, I have an anniversary card for them from last year I forgot to give them. 
He said he’s taking her out to Charleston’s, so that should be enjoyable for them. Until it comes time to pay. 
I wasn’t at their wedding, but neither were her two kids. They just wanted them, the preacher, and her parents (who are now both gone) there at her parent’s house. I think it was special for her parents because she had gotten divorced so long ago (he was a cheater), and it was nice for them to know she wasn’t alone anymore.
What’s up for you today?

Happy Anniversary to them! I'm glad they're both happy and healthy... I'm also glad you are happy for them, too.
I've been awake all night and was awake early yesterday thanks to the fireworks so I'm getting tired and sleepy now... My eyes are already swelling shut so we'll be staying home and I'll be able to sleep... Hopefully, I'll be able to see at least well enough to talk on myLot later today. I guess we'll see.
