My neighbor has a real blaze going on

My next door neighbor the one who gave me the Christmas candy, really has an inferno going on. I hope he has the hose down there. I guess he is probably burning brush or leaves..but his property looks really clear to me. I don' know where he is getting the stuff to burn. Anyway, he is a responsible type, not like the next denizen down the road...I don't trust him or that crew as far as I can throw them.. although I admit they did have some killer Christmas decorations.

Burning things especially falling or dried leaves and trashes in opening fire is prohibited here. That's illegal.

There are times when it is banned here, if it is exceptionally dry or windy, it is not allowed.

@Nakitakona I don't like to see big industrial fires on TV. I always think that is the last thing the atmosphere needs.

@snowy22315 It's really dangerous for the atmosphere especially the ozone layer. That's what the environmentalists claim.

I was always nervous when I noticed a neighbor burning something outside, it was even banned there.

It was windy in town, but didn't seem to be too much out here.

@snowy22315 - The fire spreads so quickly, better to avoid burning stuff when the wind blows.

I think we are in a burn ban right now. I have some downed cedar that I would happily give to your neighbor.

Fire season is well and truly over but we're having plenty of bushfires.

Anytime it is dry and windy fires can break out.
