Time goes by really fast. A second, a minute, and the hours in a day go by really fast. The days go by really fast. The weeks go by really fast. The months go by really fast. Before you know it the year has gone by really fast. In the mean time what did you do with your time???? I hope you reached out and helped a friend that was in need. Or did something fun with your family and friends. Do not let time go by without enjoying your time. .

Always wise words my friend, those are important these days. There is much better things people could be doing instead of being at each others throats all the time.

@jstory07 We seriously considered moving to Oregon. We couldn't find a house in our price range and now I am glad we didn't do it. It was a deep pain to move to our current place.

That is true time flies really quickly especially for those that have reached a certain age. When l was young I used to see time as an infinite loop and there were times that I find it boring and seems to have plenty of it to consume. But now that my age is already mature. They seem to pass by quickly and I seem to struggle to keep up with it anymore.

That’s true l remember when l was an innocent child back then there was no sense of time. What was important before was sleep, eat and play. Lige was so care free like there was no end of it but as you grow old you were packed with deadlines and due dates that is why you became conscious of it and it felt fast already since you’re always anticipating it.

I try to endulge George when he wants to spend time with me, within reason. If I wasn't swamped with housework I would've spent a lot more.

Time is the most precious thing we have. If you waste money you can earn more. You can’t recover lost time. (Wish I’d thought of that yesterday. )

When I was a child we had a few books in the house that came from my mother's childhood, or even earlier. One was rather a moralistic Victorian sort of volume but I used to enjoy it. One thing that always stuck in my mind was a mock-up of a 'missing' poster which said 'LOST: one golden hour, studded with 60 diamond minutes. No reward is offered, for it is lost forever.' As you can see that has stayed with me!

As I get older, I am more conscious about how I spend my time. I need to attend to regular daily issues while at the same time remind myself longterm planning is no more relevant. In fact, I purchased a new washing machine today and did not take extended warranty by paying additional for that.
