Why Reading is Fun for You?

You know why i love reading before? Because wherever I go to read, everything becomes magical. Have you felt that also? Well, if you are not a reader of fictional stories or magical you might not have that experience. But I love reading Harry Potter and other fictional novels, and every time the writer explains the scene and describes the places in that book, my mind automatically becomes imaginative, and I know I might sound weird, but my surroundings feels like they become the actual place that the writer explains in the book. It feels like my surroundings become what the book describes. Have you ever experienced that? I know it's weird, but it feels so magical that I thought what I read was real, especially when I was young.

When I was a child, I read to escape my surroundings. I was such a sad child, and reading helped me escape to a better place(s). It got me through a lot of hard times.

Yes, I've always heard that called "Living the books you read." and I do that, too. I'm reading one author now that you might like. His name is Lawrence Watt-Evans and he is a superb author. If you've never heard of him, you should try the first book in his Ethshar series called "The Misenchanted Sword".

Oh! I might search it tomorrow since I am going to the mall, but if that is expensive, I might try to find it online, I usually find the old books that I wasnt online for free like "daughters' of the moon" have you heard about that? @luisadannointed Here is a book site that is free, if you want it. Of course, it is an ebook site and you can only get 5 free ebooks once in 24 hours. You're very welcome. Everybody is "weird" in one way or another...

For me, I enjoy reading Biographies or books based on factual information. But I can see the enjoyment of reading something fictional especially the Harry Potter book series.
