Give them another quick spray a couple times a week. * You can also preserve dried flowers by drying them upside down in a cool, dark park for two weeks and then spray them. * Remove sticky residue from stickers using a thin layer of hairspray. The alcohol will break down the stickiness in about 10 minutes and then it can be wiped away. * Tighten a screw by spraying some hairspray after first screwing it as tightly as you can. * Spray the soles of your shoes with a layer of hairspray to add necessary traction. * Spray curtains that accumulate dust with hairspray and dust is less likely to stick to the surface. * It can prevent pencil art from smudging. Also, it can keep handwritten letters and recipes from fading. * You can also stiffen thread with it to make it easier to thread it through a needle.
