Going off to the Alamo Cinema and Drafthouse today Friend will be coming down . I wanted to see Avatar, but that is a 3 hour and 17 minute movie. I just don't want to be trapped in a seat that long, plus the only time that worked was a 3 D version and that cost more.

I am patient, I will wait for it to play on Amazon .... maybe in a few years. Or maybe I could subscribe to Disney and see it there sooner

I saw the original Avatar in the theater. It was good but a bit long.

@snowy22315 - Exactly, I did the same with Gone with the Wind, I watched the DVD so I stopped time by time and I watched in two days.

I wouldn't be able to sit in a theater to watch any movie that is that long. Guess I'll be waiting for it to come available to watch on tv. Hope you enjoy your day
