What a day

The past two nights I have not slept well at all I had to get up this morning and help out my daughter with my granddaughter......... no problem! Then I had to take the meds I usually take, then call my medical insurance company to find out about the transportation request they made.
As usual get the stupid recorded messages that end up transferring my call to the wrong department! 
After about an hour I find out from a live person I finally got to talk to that the lady I talked to a week ago there had put in my request to get my transporation to my Oncologist. She was supposed to let me know by Friday. If not she said for me to call today. So I did and was told the request was denied and she sent me a letter saying that and to instruct me on the appeal process.
Being one of the bad things here, the mail still hasn't brought me my letter!
So so far I have no ride to go to my Oncologist again this month!

I hope you get one soon.
And I hope they use phone calls to make sure you receive any updates from them. That is negligence on the their part.
