Hey everyone, how are you all doing?
I shared recently that I had my progesterone test coming up. Last month the number was a "positive" but it was under where fertility doctors like to see it. This time I got a much better number.
A positive is above a 5, for those that aren't aware.
Last month I got a 7 while on a low dose of letrozole. Since it "didn't work" last cycle, according to my doctor, they upped my dose by double. That resulted in a 22! I was expecting maybe barely over a 10....but 22 is pretty high. Maybe it means that I actually have a chance this month!
I know this won't be everyone's cup of tea...but was sharing for those interested. If you have any thing to share on the topic, or a question to ask...feel free to leave those below.

@LindaOHio Well if you don't hear good news by the weekend is over then it probably didn't happen.

i sure hope...because only get 2 more months of meds and then she would send me off to a fertility specialist. Doubt I can though because they probably don't take our insurance and none are close.

Yes, was exciting till the nurse called and bummed me out. I think she said if it doesn't happen this month I get 2 more months on the meds before I would have to go to a fertility specialist. Doubt I can do that though - probably don't take our insurance and none close by.

@AmbiePam Well it just has been a long journey, I guess it is what I get for waiting till my later 30s. Just don't why she can't try a higher dose if it doesn't happen at this dose. I know they'd probably just end up suggesting IVF and I know for sure I can't do that. So just hoping it happens this month, or in the next 2.

I’ve no idea what you’re talking about here, but I’m guessing it’s to do with getting pregnant. I hope it happens for you soon.
