It’s a 3-day weekend

We have off on Monday for Martin Luther King day so it will be a 3-day weekend. We also get to leave as soon as the bell rings today instead of having to stay until 1:50. I mean don’t get me wrong I normally do that anyway but today I can do it without feeling guilty.

Enjoy the long weekend. There will be no Meals on Wheels delivery on Monday; so cousin #2 is going to make a pizza I have in the freezer. Yum. I'm not supposed to have dairy or processed meats; but that will be a cheat day.

@NJChicaa Because I've been diagnosed with kidney disease. That's one of the no-nos. That's why I have my sandwiches with vegan, non-dairy cheese and non-dairy yogurt.
