Now, that was a bit freaky, although in this era of AI not too surprising. I don't know exactly what it said, but it was along the lines of good bye, or see you later. I suppose it could have been the navigation system or something, but it was pretty loud..interesting..I wonder how common this is? I didn't go over to see the make of the car.

Cars can do strange things! I think I wrote here about the day I was on an interstate in a terrible wind. I had to literally fight to keep my car on the road, as did many others. Wind gusts were causing the car to try to blow sideways. I guess the car decided I had problems, and a voice came on that I needed to take a break!! My son said, that’s a first! It was very unexpected!

Hmm, yeah on a long drive friends car pops up the you need a break message, but it hasn't yet vocalized it. Maybe that part is shut off on his

I know some people fall asleep at the wheel, but I’ve never done that. I bet that’s what the car thought I was doing!

Does it say good bye to you in a loud voice when you leave the car?

@JudyEv Maybe it was the navigation system takking, but I was 50 feet from the car and heard it plainly.

@snowy22315 No, thank goodness. Sometimes when we 'reach our destination', it says 'look forward to travelling with you again'. Or maybe 'just wake me up when you need me'. We can choose the voice and one is like a hood/criminal and says things like 'watch out. Speed camera ahead. It could be trap.' While it's funny the first few times, it gets 'old' very quickly.

I think I heard a car talking to it's driver as the driver was trying to reverse the car into a space.
Yvonne used get me to guide her in to the space even if it was raining
Thank god she never tried to park a motorcycle.

That would be helpful..using it to help parallel park would be another good use.

So I wanted to ask you something.
Last summer before I went away and didn't come back
You were looking at getting another car
Did you get one
And was it the car involved in the accident

My van talks when we invoke hands-free mode. and it's a 2020.

That's funny. You would have to buy a Japanese English dictionary do you knew what the neck your car was saying.

@snowy22315 - I remember that she was upset because she could not understand what was wrong.
