Happy MLK Day, or as they used to call it in Virginia Lee,Jackson, King day. Strange bed fellows. Lee and Jackson were both confederates. It must have snowed a bit last night because there was a dusting this AM .it is sunny and going up to 43..so it will melt. 8 months and 2 days until fall

The high today is 39 degrees, but there is no wind so it doesn’t feel that bad.
My dad and Diana are headed to San Antonio and will be gone until Wednesday. I wish I could stay at their house while they’re gone, but they don’t want Sadie in their house.

You're lucky you only got a dusting and decent temperatures today. We have a mess from the weekend snow and it's cold so everything is freezing. My plans to go out today are cancelled. I certainly don't want to take a chance slipping and falling.

We were supposed to get snow this past weekend, but we only got rain. Yesterday I worked on my best friend's diamond painting and been looking at dresses and skirts.
