Lost my glasses again

I have lost my glasses, again
Went out briefly this afternoon on the bike.
I had meds to pick up for Yvonne and I had another shop to go to for Milk and Pizzas
I can't even recall having them on when I was driving the bike
Bit I must have had them on as I can't see that well without them
I have looked everywhere for them
Just as well I got a new pair just before Xmas. I wasn't wanting to use them for driving as they wont last long
My helmet is tight and getting glasses on properly is hard.
I hope I find them soon
At least I have not lost my reading glasses

I have never lost my glasses. Hope you find yours soon. I’ve heard of instances where people look for their glasses while they’re actually wearing them. Has that ever happened to you?

That has never happened to me Lena.
Somehow I think they are gone forever
Lucky I got new ones
But I didn't want to wear my new ones on the bike
They won't last long

It's an expensive hobby lol
I need to take more care and pay a bit more attention to what I am doing
I get distracted easily.

I am begining to think I am going senile
I know it's not so bad because I have my new pair,
But it still irks me that I can be so careless.
A mystery indeed
I wanted to save my new glasses for going out but not riding the bike

Best of luck finding your glasses, Many moons ago when I was still in Latvia my husband could not find his glasses. He was drinking some soda and had ice in it, I said were you just at the fidge and he said yes so we went to the fridge and taking the ice he had removed his glassed they were in the freezer,

I, too, have done this. I tell my daughter to search, and she asks me where I was before. Haha, I leave in between books, spice racks, pillows, or on shelves too. Once, I found them in my old laundry basket.

The ones I have lost have suffered both of the things you mentioned

I haven't lost my wife once a week for a long time.
And she has never lost her glasses.
Just as well as her glasses are expensive

I think they are lost and gone forever Linda.
Bye bye glasses.
I guess I will just have to use my new glasses for driving the bike after all.
I had wanted to keep them.for normal day.to day use
