Dinner and weather

Last night I decided to make this for dinner, plain but it was good enough for me.
A little spicy chicken on top of some plain white rice with a little soy sauce mixed in. Every now and then I just throw something together and call it dinner.
It snowed again last night, and the roads were not great this morning. I slipped and slid my way around this morning, but I made it in one piece so that’s good.
They are calling for below zero temperatures for Friday and Saturday again. They also say high winds do that will make it even better. LOL
I’m working both days and that will be something to look forward to. Yes, I’m being sarcastic, I’m already dreading it. I’ll be dressed for it so I should be fine.

Sometimes I make something for dinner that doesn't look/sound the best but it's fine for me. I'm glad you enjoyed yours.
Think about taking some extra warm clothing with you when you're out this weekend, just in case.

I enjoy food that tastes good even if it doesn't look fancy.
The weather certainly has been making things difficult lately. It's certainly stressful when you have to go out and it's slippery.
