Narrowing It Down

On my pellet burner. Jim had a suggestion that helped me look up different things. I still haven't got it fully found but feel like I am closer now. I have messaged the main company but don't expect to hear anything from them until tomorrow at the earliest. If I get a form email or any kind of run around I will become an extreme pest.
So far we only have about 3 inches but it is staying steady. They are still upping the totals. I have stopped trying to keep track of that.
George horse is white this morning. He was out in it. He is a very goofy boy. At least I didn't have to look for him.

Good luck with the company! I hope they respond with more than saying, "Sorry we sold you a piece of crap. You should buy another just like it."

The last time I messaged them they suggested calling a certified repairman. That showed they had not fully read my message as I said it had already been worked on. I expect the same this time.

Hope you get help with the burner! We've gotten a few inches, here, but the power is holding, thank goodness.

We are out of warranty so it's cheaper plus winter will be over if they are still as far behind as they were before.
