The Mister has to go back to work…… I'm going to miss him….

So, with the type of work that The Mister does , he saves all his holidays for over Christmas and January . He has been off work since 14th December. I am off work so we have been able to spend loads of time together , and even managed a holiday to Amsterdam for my Birthday. However, now his holiday time is over and he, has to get up at 4 am to go back to work. I am going to miss him so much. I have got used to having him around and being able to do things together,

I always preferred taking my vacation days a few at a time so I could spend more time with Pretty and we could go do things together. I liked long weekends instead of a lot of time off at once.

Totally get this. Once you’ve had that much time together, going back to early starts feels brutal

Both hubby and I are retired, so we spend 24/7 with each other (except when I'm traveling)
