So, with the type of work that The Mister does , he saves all his holidays for over Christmas and January . He has been off work since 14th December. I am off work so we have been able to spend loads of time together , and even managed a holiday to Amsterdam for my Birthday.
However, now his holiday time is over and he, has to get up at 4 am to go back to work.
I am going to miss him so much. I have got used to having him around and being able to do things together,

I always preferred taking my vacation days a few at a time so I could spend more time with Pretty and we could go do things together. I liked long weekends instead of a lot of time off at once.

He saves his time off for the Winter months, as there is lots of time then when due to the weather he can’t work much. It’s nice to have him home for Christmas and my Birthday in January….

@DaddyEvil when he got there this morning it was too wet to work, so he had a nap in the van.

Yes, the odd day now and again ….i did manage to go to work with him back in September ….im hoping to be able to do that again ….it all depends on where he is working, what I can do during the days and who he is sharing his digs with.

It's good that you will miss him rather than thinking 'Thank goodness work is starting again!'
