Hello everyone. I hope your day is going well. It is 25 degrees F and cloudy here at the Jersey Shore. The low for tonight is SIX! 
The drive into work was horrific. The district did a TERRIBLE job with plowing and shoveling. I literally parked on a sheet of ice and then I could barely get to the building. I had to ask the safety officer who waits by the door for the handicapped kids to come and hold my hands to help me get across the road. My balance is bad on a good day so this morning was a nightmare. I asked the OCD guy if he could drive me to my car after work. It barely made it out of the spot.
When I got back here I struggled to get to this building. My work bag was throwing off my balance further. I wound up walking with my hands down on the snow so I didn't faceplant. It was really embarrassing. A coworker offered to drive me in tomorrow but I might just take the day off. I don't think it will be any better on Friday either. . . and we are getting more snow on Sunday. 
Maintenance hasn't plowed out our spots because one of my neighbors didn't move his car to an unreserved space. Hopefully he will move it tonight so they can clear the spaces tomorrow.
No big plans for the afternoon. It feels weird to not have anymore homebounds at the moment. I guess it is a nice break. What's everyone else up to?

I'm sorry you had so much trouble. The contractor is coming today to do the inside work.

That's insane. They shouldn't have had school with conditions like that. If you do go, take your coworker up on the offer of a ride, then he/she can help you into the building. Good grief. A recipe for disaster.
