There’s been a crash on the motorway …..The Mister is stuck in traffic……

So, this was the first week back at work for The Mister after his long Winter break. It’s been a tough week, as we have both got used to being together all the time instead of just weekends.
He always tries to finish early on a Friday and especially today. However, he has just sent a message saying that there has been a crash on the motorway and so he is now stuck in traffic.
What a pain !
Oh well, nothing we can do, just wait.
Takeaway tea tonight …not sure what yet, then the Grandkids for the weekend….early morning tomorrow for football and dance ….them, not us !

Have you checked that they actually have their activities tomorrow?

We don’t have snow here so everything should be okay. I will check when we collect them though …..( with their Mom …I know at 9 and 13 they should be able to pass on info , however, I think it should be the adult that takes responsibility for passing on info.)

He said it looked a really bad accident but any casualties had been taken away by the time he got close.

Hope he isn't stuck too long. It's horrible when there's a crash and the traffic gets all backed up.
