I had that group of 6 turkeys that showed up here one other time scrounging around for food. It was fun watching them dig in the driveway where it is uncovered. I threw some seed out, but it wasn't close enough to to where they were. Most of them more or less moved further away when they heard the door anyway. Naturally, no pics were obtained, but I did see a close by cardinal..so there's that.

I've seen a mess of turkeys twice. Once they surrounded the car.

They seem to hang out in small groups. Pheasants do that too.

We have blackbirds ere BUT I haven't seen them in this grouo. I have seen Chuckadees though.

I have seen the male cardinal in the back and the female one out front. Wouldn't it be too cute, to have a nest of baby cardinals around?
