Gas prices skyrocketing in the San Francisco Bay Area.

A few weeks ago I wrote on MyLot about how gas prices had dropped, or at least stayed the same, here in the San Francisco Bay Area.
As if in response to my post, gas prices started climbing here, at first by a dime here and a dime there. Then suddenly they rose by 20 or 30 cents in one day.
At this point they are up overall by about 20 per cent, which could be a substantia jolt for some families.
I have not had the time to research why gas prices are up here.
Have gas prices changed in the past few weeks where you live?

3.69. to 3.99 at my local Circle K. That's actually kind of cheap/ Trump does hate San Fran whats the normal there because all major Cali cities more expensive than where I live.

@TheHorse These rich dudes seem to do what ever he says. I am amazed how big of cowards they are.

No, no change in gas prices here. It's still $2.40 a gallon for unleaded. That's still the same as when I filled the car a few weeks ago. (We haven't driven the car since then, so the tank is still full.)

@TheHorse I thought it was a little high at the time but didn't want to drive to the next town over and get gas there (12 miles away) at $2.35 a gallon.

@DaddyEvil Makes sense. The math would show it's not worth it.

Prices are up, most probably, because of the tensions happening in Russia/Ukraine and Iran. I am not really sure what the effect of the Venezuela tensions on gas prices will be in the US
