Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 13 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. Thank Darwin it isn't snowing out there. The storm is going to miss us and stay out over the ocean. Granted I live right next to the ocean but I guess it is going further out. Fine with me! I went to sleep early last night so I woke up at 3am and was like "what's up?" My nose started bleeding so I got into the bathroom, dealt with that, and then was like "oh well now I'm up I guess". So here I am catching up on last night's Have I Got News For You episode. I love that show! I have no plans to go anywhere in this frigid weather today. I want to make a milk bar birthday cake but we shall see on that. I definitely do have to make the dough for cinnamon rolls because that's what the Baking Club is working on tomorrow. I might have bitten off more than I can chew with this project but we shall see. The dough needs to be kneaded for 25 minutes in the stand mixer so I'll do that today, bring it into work tomorrow, and the kids will make the filling and icing, form the rolls, and they will proof in the fridge overnight. I'll get them in the oven 7th period on Tuesday so they will be baked and the kids can frost them and take/eat them. I'm not trying to stay at work for hours when we're done. What's everyone else up to today?
