Turns out I got my mother a really useful gift for her birthday

I got her some balm for her hands, but what I really wanted her to try was magnesium spray because she has a lot of pain in her knees. She also has trouble sleeping, so I thought she could use it for both. I was just talking to her. She had no knee pain at all last night. She didn't mention her sleep, but I sure it was more restful without the knee pain.

That’s wonderful. About a year ago, magnesium cream absolutely “saved” me. I got it free, and the promise of better sleep stood out to me, but boy did it relax my muscles around my neck and back. I sent some to a Mylotter awhile back, but I don’t know if she ever used it. It’s good stuff. My favorite was a roll on, and I convinced my brother-in-law to try it. He never goes without it for his knees now. I am so glad that it’s working for your mom.

Magnesium Spray. Would that help me to sleep and help with the pain on my legs and knees? Never heard of it before
