A staff writer for The New Yorker, David Kirkpatrick, was trying to determine just how much Trump was making during his presidency. He asked several people and no one seemed to know, few seemed to care, and so he set out on his own to research this subject. I have listed below some of the areas where he is making money: We know that he owes $500 million to New York due to the fraud case. He also owes Carroll about $88 million for the defamation and assault case. (A conflict of interest has been hovering since the very beginning ) * Mar-a-Log is a private club where members can mingle with the filthy rich and with Trump. It originated with a $100,000 joining fee. More recently it has now hit $1 million. * Campaign fund raising. The boundaries are a bit fuzzy here. On his Trump Store he sells supposed campaign items like hats, cups, Bibles, shirts, etc. which his supporters may think go to support the MAGA movement. Actually, the profits go to his organization and the amount of about $27.7 million. * In the Persian Gulf. Trump has deals with several people and has deals with Saudi where the management fees over the next ten years should hit about $320 million. * There is another $91 million in corporate deals, and this includes the outcome of suing such companies as ABC, X, Facebook, and CBS. * Truth Social. The gains and losses on Wall Street are determined by how users feel about Trump at any given time. Maybe he makes between $4 and $20 million annually. * Crypto. He has formed a crypto company and with the money he makes he invests in new ones. He's made about $243 million so far. Just since he took office. I'm sure there is more. Trump could be a trillionaire before his term in the presidency comes to its conclusion. What he should do is go live out the rest of his life over in the Persian Gulf somewhere or buy and island and invite all his cronies to come and live there. (For a price of course.) I wish.
