#ETTD: The Kennedy Center edition

Everything Trump Touches Dies. Ask Trump Shuttle, Trump Mortgages, Trump Marina, Trump Plaza, Trump Taj Majal, Trump Vodka, Trump Magazine, oh I could go on and on. Ask the careers and reputations of his sycophants. During the first year of his second term he has been obsessed with making his mark on Washington DC--tearing down the East Wing of the White House for his stupid ballroom, all of that tacky fake gold crap everywhere, the insane "Triumphal Arch" he has planned, etc. Part of that has included taking over the Kennedy Center, slapping his name on it, and declaring that its programming would be "non-woke". He is so toxic that artists have cancelled planned performances, the Washington Opera has cut ties, and no one except maybe Kid Rock and Lee Greenwood want to perform there. He has decimated the programming and attendance. So to try to save face Trump announced yesterday that the Kennedy Center would be closing for 2 years for renovations. It is pretty hilarious that it was the screening of Melania's vanity project was the final nail in the coffin.

The question is, do they die because he's a bad businessman or because he's a con artist and his failed business ventures/remodels a way of laundering money he's getting through not-so-legal ways.

Other than catching the headlines and that too mostly for wrong reasons, he has not done anything. Isn't it? It's shocking to see the crazy things he talks about and does.
