Hello everyone. I hope your day is off to a good start. It is 25 degrees F and dark here at the Jersey Shore. The high for today is just 30. I hate this crazy cold. HATE. IT. I woke up before the alarm today. I'm sure that means I will be exhausted at work again. The students have a vocabulary quiz and then I am just having them watch Amoeba Sisters videos. I need to catch up on my grading. I have to bake the cinnamon rolls that the students made yesterday. That should be another new and interesting challenge since I want to bake them in a room that isn't mine and that I'm not in while I'm teaching in another room. We shall see! After work I will be getting some groceries and I need to not only make dinner but make a lemon pound cake for Friday's Souper Bowl fundraiser. I'm contributing that and macaroni and cheese. I'll deal with the latter tomorrow. What's everyone else up to today?

I’ve had lunch. I’m going by the dealership to get a battery put in the key fob of my “other” car before I deliver it to my niece. I hope those cinnamon rolls taste good AND smell good!!

Hopefully things go well for you and you're not too tired today. Hopefully the rolls turn out well. Another day of work from home today. It is nice that I am able to do this a few days a week.

Good morning. It is 28F in my part of Missouri this morning. We have heavy clouds and a chance of snow this morning. Our high is supposed to reach 35F this afternoon. (I don't want more snow! What we already had has almost all melted off now.) My head still hurts from my fall yesterday but I'm feeling much better than I did. I hope you enjoy your day and hope whatever teacher is in the room while your cinnamon rolls are baking will help you keep an eye on them. Good luck with that! Pretty separated the boxes she wants to store in the garage and the ones I'm allowed to throw away finally. I started working on that this morning and had to stop to rest before I got done. I have two full bags of trash that can go out to the trashcan but still need to cut the boxes up so I can put them in the trashcan, too.
